Why heat it up?
At Alive. we have carefully selected our heating system, which consists of infrared heat technology. Unlike traditional heat systems, infrared heat technology gently warms up your body instead of the room and comfortably maintains a consistent temperature throughout your workout. A heated environment is crucial in achieving a variety of incredible health benefits while practicing.
To our Newcomers
WELCOME! Don't worry, we have you covered! Just a few tips and tricks to get you ready for your first class with us:

Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before class to stay hydrated, as you'll be sweating a lot!

Eat light: Avoid heavy meals at least two hours before class.

What to wear: Simply put, this is anything you feel comfortable moving in. In our yoga, pilates & barre classes you will be barefoot, with trainers needed for HIIT. Apart from this all you need is your water bottle and gym towel - you WILL need them both.

Arrive Early: We recommend arriving about 15 minutes before class. Getting to know your classmates can enhance your experience, so come early and get involved.

Pace Yourself: Your first class might feel overwhelming, so take it easy. This isn't a race; no one is keeping score. Ease into the exercises and let your body adjust. We're here to support you and help you feel good.

Rehydrate Post-Class: Remember to drink water after every class to replenish lost electrolytes.
